Land assembly

meeting with landowner to establish value for their land and working with our professional team for all phases of the development

Rezoning

Investigation and collaborating with city officials and our consultants to determine maximum density and lot yield

Development Permit (DP)

Filing all paperwork and hiring all professionals: Geotec and Structural engineers, Abatement contactor, Arborist, Surveyors, in attaining the DP

Building Permit (BP)

Working with homeowner and our architect develop their custom, Dream Home house plans. To work with our team of professionals to attain the BP from the city

Construction Management

To manage all phases of construction from the excavation to attaining the Final Occupancy permit from the city.
